Shipping & returns

Shipping

Orders ship from our New York inventory within two business days of payment, by tracked ground service within the United States. Any shipping charge is shown before you pay; if none is shown, shipping is included.

Returns

Unworn frames in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method, unless the product page marks the style as final sale. Contact us for a return authorization first so we can route it correctly.

Wholesale orders

Wholesale orders (five or more frames) are final sale except for defects or shipping damage, which we replace or credit. Tell us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we take care of it.

Contact lenses

Lenses are shipped only against a valid prescription and cannot be returned once opened, in line with US regulations.
