Shipping: from New York within two business days of payment, tracked ground across the US, included unless shown before you pay.

Samples: up to three sample frames against a curated edit, credited on your first order of 5+.

Replenishment: core styles restock continuously; the line sheet shows live stock by colorway.

Defects and damage: report within 7 days with a photo; we replace or credit. Manufacturing defects are covered for a year.

Returns: wholesale orders are final sale except for the above.
